  • Why we do what we do. From the Families:

They saved both my boys and I spent months living there while my baby had a bone marrow transplant and the staff was AMAZING! My family felt like we were apart of an outstanding team working to save my child’s life and bring him back to health! Forever thankful to his hospital!!!

You saved my 16 year old son’s life I will forever be grateful to the doctors, the nurses your entire staff who were there with us every step of the way through a parent’s worst nightmare… because of all you he came home alive and will recover from all this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. love the Skaug family.

  • Why we do what we do. From the Families:

“What can you say about a hospital that gave you your daughter’s life back? What do you say about people that gave you back a life you though you were watching being taken away? We walked in the door knowing our daughter was in beyond critical condition being transferred from Cottage Grove, Oregon by life flight, the doctors down there had no idea what she had, as we walked in here, just from them seeing her they knew it was Lemerrie Syndrome, the doctors and nurses in the picture saved our daughter and gave us many more years with our daughter, from a very grateful mom and dad thank you… For a parent to make a three hour drive knowing the life flight team had your daughter and she could barely breathe when you last seen her is the scariest thing in the world but the team in the 8 north picu when we got there was awesome, with out any test could diagnose her, came back several days later they were absolutely right, these men and women will never be forgotten, we have plans to participate in the fund raisers and toy drives for Doernbechers, you are all awesome…
